• Help families/students understand the law 

• Help with understanding PPT/504 process

• Assess existing IEP or 504 Plans

• Prepare for a PPT or 504 meeting

• Advocacy at PPT/504 meetings

• State Complaints and Representation at Mediation Meetings

• Consultation with Treating Professionals

Fees

My fee is $150.00 per hour:

• Reviewing educational records and documents

• Preparation time for PPT or 504 meetings

• Attending school meetings (Travel time is billed at 50.00/hour).

• Letter writing/email communication

• Researching alternative placements, outside agencies when needed

• Preparing State Complaints, Mediation Documentation
